Research and development of new products is the enterprise in the competition’s footholdin this, is a company to be able to long-term development. Bear the responsibility of technicalinnovation research and development departments in the organization structure of thecompany occupied an important position. How to design appropriate R&D organizationstructure of the company’s long-term development is very important. Multinational companiesbecause of the special nature of the company, its research and development department forcross-boundary, borders and demonstrate the humanities environment is different, resulting inthe R&D organization structure design considerations of more. By this paper case to verifythe decentralized model of R&D organization structure and centralized organization twoorganization structure of the actual application conditions and factors.
