| Electric power industry plays a key role in nation's development. How to develop it and make it bring nation's economy to a high level needs not only a plan but also huge funds to back up. Electricity is a special commodity. Its generation, supply and consumption happen simultaneously and it cannot store in any way. Undoubtedly this question brings higher risk to investors. There has not a perfect analytical method of electric power companies' investment risk. This paper uses entropy assessment model to analyze companies' financing capacity in eyes of electric power companies. It provides management basis for companies' development and offers basis for investors to analyze investment risk. As a result, investors have a clear realization about investment in electric power industry and actively invest in the construction of electric power industry. Electric power companies also get rid of financing dilemma. |
