With the opening up of Chinese market economy, many Chinese enterprises continuously enhance the awareness of market competition. If the enterprises want to gain and keep competitive advantage, they should manage the human resources and construct talent team efficiently. In recent years, the XX Power Supply Company pays more attention on human resources management, and regards efficient human resources management as an important guarantee of talent team construction. However, the human resource management of XX Power Supply Company exist obvious drawbacks in practice and there are serious deficiencies in the recruitment, selection, assessment and other aspects, which restricts the efficiency of enterprise human resource management.In this paper, we take XX electric Power Company for example, and analysis the company’s human resources management, then put forward the strategy and measures of the human resource management. Based on the introduction of the basic situation of human resources in XX Power Supply Company, this paper carries on the questionnaire survey on the present situation of human resource management, which includes the questionnaire design and data analysis to ensure investigation’s science, rationality and validity. Then this paper makes quantitative analysis on the results of questionnaire survey, so as to find out the main problems in the company’s human resources recruitment, training, performance appraisal and compensation management. Based on the main problems, this paper makes analysis of the entire strategy, development strategy and management strategy for the company’s human resources development and management, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to resolve the company’s human resources development and management problems, including the specifically recruitment system, reasonable personnel training plan, fair assessment mechanism and compensation system these four kinds of strategies, in order to enhance the human resources management level of XX Power Supply Company.
