The Research On Supply Chain Trust

The research about the supply chain partnership has been recognized gradually since 1950. But the research has more and more emphasized the flow elements and technology. Yet an important element----trust which plays a key role in supply chain partnership has been ignored. In china, the research about the supply chain partnership is in underway phasing, and the partnership is not well in practice, for trust is bottleneck. So the reality requires us to pay more attention on supply chain trust. But the prevenient studies about supply chain trust are few and they have not become a systemic and complete theory. So for the reasons mentioned above, this paper tries to carry through a piece of systemic research about supply chain trust.The construction arrangement and the main contents of this paper are as the folio wings: Chapter 1 introduces correlative history literature about supply chain trust , some problems in research and the meaning about research; Chapter 2 explains the theoretical basis and the motivations of supply chain trust; Chapter 3 defines supply chain trust in a bran-new view, and partitioned supply chain trust into three modes: calculus — based trust, learning—based trust and character — based trust; Chapter 4 analyzes how to build up and develop supply chain trust in detail, the paper thinks the development of supply chain trust is the evolvement process from calculus —based trust to character—based trust ; Chapter 5 researches control mechanism about supply chain trust. The paper thinks we can design control mechanism from two aspects: one is scientific means about choice to partner, the other is adopting prompting mechanism to keep away risk in supply chain; Chapter 6 is the paper's conclusions and next research direction. The conclusions are as the followings: the first one is the new dimensionality and partition of supply chain trust; the second one is that the development of supply chain trust is the evolvement process from calculus —based trust to character—based trust; The last one is that we can design control mechanism of supply chain trust from two aspects.The main creativity in the paper consists of three aspects: the first one is carrying through a systemic research on supply chain trust; the second one is partitioning supply chain trust into three modes: calculus—based trust, learning—based trust and character—based trust; The last one is carrying through a piece of primary research about control mechanism of supply chain trust.
