Corporate Citizenship: Theoretical Exploration And Empirical Study

"Corporate citizenship" entered the people's view with the argument on "corporate social responsibility " theory. "Citizenship "of corporate means surpassing the value purpose of "profit maximizing". From corporate to corporate citizenship ,it is conscious choice on corporate itself further development and social harmony development. This article is going to explore and study the problem of "corporate citizenship" in the two aspects of theory and experience. The first ,to promote reasonableness and necessity of corporate social responsibility from analysis relation conceptions of "corporate citizenship". Second, dialogic ethic regarded as methodology base of corporate citizenship, to expound and prove that the corporate should agreement on its social responsibilities by dialoging with society , government and stake-holder, and to realize harmony between the corporate and society. Third, to show corporate harmony development blueprint that corporate undertake social responsibility by Ford company business of corporate citizenship. By three aspects analysis and exploration, to undertake of corporation social responsibility acquire valid and practice efficiency.
