| This thesis introduces the theory of risk management, economic early-warning management and marketing early-warning management into marketing channel conflict management, from the aspect of manufacturer, mainly discussing the building of early-warning index system and early-warning management of channel conflict, and also advancing related strategy of early-warning management in order to control conflict before potential conflict turns into pernicious manifest conflict.In the first chapter, based on the analysis of problem existing in China market transition and review of channel conflict theory abroad and at home, this thesis proves the necessity of early-warning management of channel conflict.The second chapter mainly discusses the related early-warning management theory of channel conflict. After reviewing risk management theory, economic early-warning management theory and marketing early-warning management theory and research on channel early-warning management abroad and at home, this thesis puts forward the structure of early-warning management of channel conflict.In the third chapter, guided by the structure of early-warning management index of channel conflict and the principle of choosing indexes, this thesis mainly studies how to build up the system of early-warning management index of channel conflict from the evidence of channel conflict and also defines the indexes.The forth chapter discusses the ways of early-warning management of channel conflict. Based on comparison of two kinds of early-warning management index, this thesis focuses on the quantization and limitation of channel conflict early-warning index.In the fifth chapter, this thesis, from the aspect of channel member's management, puts forward 10 ways to carry out early-warning management of channel conflict, such as channel relationship auditing, the choice of resellers.In the end, this thesis points out the innovation and shortage of this thesis and the issues that are worth researching in the future. |
