Study On Influencing Factors Of Urban Land Eco-efficiency In Sichuan Province

It is significant to find out the main influencing factors of urban land eco-efficiency and its influncing degree for improving urban land eco-efficiency, controlling the rate of urban sprawl and protecting cultivated land.In this thesis, more than 20 influencing factors of economic efficicency are choosed theoretically and elemently on the basis of the studied result, the actual conditions of Sichuan Province and feasible materials. And 20 factors of them are respectively quantified and standardized by principal component analysis, data envelopment analysis and etc. with 18 cities of Sichuan Province in year 2002 as samples, further to be screened out by stepwise regression analysis and correlation coefficient analysis, it turns out to be:6 factors of the 4 elements which are urban land invest intensity; urban land structure, urban land supply potential and urban industrial structure, such as urban land invest intensity, urban land utilizing structure rationality index, municipal public utility land ratio, per capita cultivated land in urban area, industrialized rate, population density of urban area are introduced into stepwise regression model, and the other 14 factors are eliminated.Among the 6 factors of the 4 elements, urban land invest intensity, rationality index of urban land structure, industrialized rate, population density of urban area increases a unit respectively each time, the economic benefits will be driven increasing respectively by 0.499, 0.233, 0.218 and0.181 units; And that per capita cultivated land, municipal public utility land ratio increases a unit respectively each time, the economic benefits are reduced respectively by 0.267 and 0.227 units. In view of the above, the influence degree of 6 factors is successively from great to small: urban land invests intensity, municipal public utility land ratio, industrialized rate, per capita cultivated land in urban area, rationality index of urban land structure, population density of urban area.It approves that the main influencing factors of urban land eco-efficiency in Sichuan Province are urban land invest intensity, urban land utilizing structure rationality index, municipal public utility land ratio, per capita cultivated land in urban area, industrialized rate, population density of urban area by stepwise regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, 6 factors are up to 95% influencedegree (explain degree) on urban land economic benefits and can explain the change of urban land economic benefits in Sichuan Province in an all-round way.
