Cultivated land is the essence of arable land resources, also the basic resources of human survival and development. Effective utilization of cultivated land resources is undoubtedly one of the important factors affecting the development of regional health and food security. With the advance of industrialization and urbanization, affected by the conversion of cultivated land, cropland conversion, illegal enclosure and other factors, the quantity of arable land resources was depleted inevitably, there is a obvious contradiction between humanbeing and land, and improving the utilization efficiency of arable land is the important way to solve this contradiction. Sichuan Province is a big agricultural province of China, grain output achieved the increasing for seven consecutive years, ranked sixth all over our country by 2013. But in the process of the arable land use, small per capita arable land, the contradiction between increased population and decreased cultivated land lack of arable land reserve resources and other issues still occurs in Sichuan,, which are already the important issues affecting the sustainable socio-economic development of Sichuan. Therefore, studying county cultivated land use efficiency of Sichuan has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the efficiency ofcultivated land use.Based on this, this study takes the county of Sichuan as the research units for, in the interception of cultivated land use datas of 2004, 2009, 2013, combined with extended super DEA model to calculate the cultivated land use efficiency level of each county, and use the mathematical statistical analysis, the center of gravity and standard deviation ellipse model, trend surface analysis, spatial autocorrelation methods to analysis the County Land use efficiency of spatial differentiation. Finally, use geospatial weighted model to reveal the influence of different factors on cultivated land use efficiency from the perspective of space.The results showed:(1) 2004-2013, the overall County Land use efficiency difference is widening in Sichuan province, the county cultivated land use efficiency presented a clear feature of "after the first drop," "post-peak tail".(2) Overall, from high to low, the order ofcultivated land use efficiency were economic zone in northeastern Sichuan, Chengdu Economic Zone, southern Sichuan Economic Zone, northwest Sichuan Panxi economic zones and economic zones, presented by the space distribution of "diminishing east to west,", among them, the land use efficiency of Dazhu County, Nanjiang, Anyue County, Hejiang three time points were the optimal state.(3) the utilization efficiency values of counties presented the direction that efficiency value of "northeast- southwest" was greater than "northwest- southeast", were showed the trends of shifting further east to west migration, compositeefficiency, technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency werebasically the same direction, indicating that the efficiency of three there had a certain positive correlation..(4) County Land use efficiency had significant spatial autocorrelation, that is, high value or low value of cultivated land use efficiency presented agglomeration state, "high- high" areas were mainly concentrated in the northeastern Sichuan and part of the southern counties, "low- low" areas were mainly concentrated in the central and western part of the counties, presented tendency of that various types of areas for central concentrate.(5) In accordance with the size of each variable in the regression coefficient sort level of impact: the per capita arable land management> per capita GDP> Irrigation Index> cropping index> machinery total power per unit area.
