On The Jiangxi Regional Economic Difference And Harmonious Development

This paper is mainly on the study of regional economic difference of Jiangxi Province by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research, normative analysis and empirical study. The dissertation has made a deeply research on the time-series change, space constitution and causes of regional economy difference of Jiangxi. Through the analysis of time-series change, the author has discovered that both absolute difference and relative difference had extended. Absolute difference had been increasingly broaden in the period of 1991 to 2003, and relative difference' s variation had a steady track during the time of 1991 to 1997, withdrawn from 1998 to 2000, and turned into the upward way in the following three years. Through the analysis of space constitution, it has been found that regional economic difference of Jiangxi mainly is attributed to the difference among the northern district of Jiangxi and actually has been going on. On the base of analysis to the cause of the regional economic difference of Jiangxi, 1 think, to solve the existing regional economic problem , we must apply for the harmonious step. The following strategies may be affective, that is to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, to cultivate new development path for the comparatively undeveloped southern and eastern district, to increase the investment on the district education, to carry on differential tax policy, and so on.
