Study On Enterprise Organizational Reheological Character

Based on the organization theory in existence, this paper discusses the organizational reheological character which appears in the dynamic process adapting to environment, studies the mechanism that organization responses to the environmental change through the method of reheologic. First of all, this paper generalizes the organizational theory in existence which is discussed in the latter part of it exhaustively. Based on the analysis about those theories, we find that enterprise organization has reheological character; and we also find that reheological character has some value when we use it to explain the relationship between the enterprise organization and environment. The paper proves there are some relationship between reheological character of enterprise organization and organizational variables. Then the paper proves that there are comparability between reheological character of enterprise organization and that of liquid, which proves that the methods and tools of rheology can use in the organizational realm. Secondly, the paper studies on the mechanism which organization responses to the environmental change. There are two results, one is that different environment requires different type of reheological character, another is that reheological character of enterprise organization can incarnate the capability that organization adapts to the environment and responses to the environmental change. Lastly the paper analyses the case of organizational development of sales department in JS Salse Corporation. The result sustains conclusion of this paper in a certain extent. Putting out the concept of reheological character of enterprise organization and building the organizational model and relationship model can enrich the organization theory. The paper is a beneficial attempt in the fields of rheology science application in organization researching method, it is also theoretical for the development of organization theory. Studying on the reheological character of enterprise organization can help enterprises of our country to improve adaptability and core competition capability, make them keep to developing in more complex and more uncertain environment.
