Research And Application On Networked Distribution Management System For The Ceramic Manufacturing Enterprise

Distribution is the sale mode commonly adopted by most domestic manufacturing enterprises of production-supply-marketing. Enterprises must solve possible problems in traditional distributed sale management by new techniques. Huge and multi-level distributed sale channels should be connected and managed in the way of flat information flow, if not, inconvenient information will cause enterprises into chaos. Enterprises should promote the level of management and strengthen distributed sale management while the possibility of flat management can be increased by using Internet. Based on the analysis of the existing distributed sale management of chinaware enterprises, the paper put forward a kind of network distributed sale management pattern of chinaware enterprises based on internet, made some research on constructing the distributed sale management system of chinaware enterprises and the efficient integration technique of realizing distributed sale institutions in different places, and applied the system into some chinaware manufacturing enterprises successfully. Firstly, after analyzing characteristics of distributed sale environment and distributed sale management faced by chinaware manufacturing enterprises, aiming at the existing weakness in distributed sale management patterns and based on Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR), the paper put forward the processing model of networked distributed sale in chinaware manufacturing enterprises, and analyze characteristics of realizing information-based distributed sale management of chinaware manufacturing enterprises. Then based on this research, network distributed sale management pattern was analyzed in this paper. Based on this pattern, the paper made some research on function system, configuration system, work processing, running mode of network distributed sale management system of chinaware manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, the paper made some research on its key integration technique: ①Describing running process of system integration, explaining all modules insides can be used in the sharing and exchanging of data, and analyzing in-time control storage strategy of available product in sale inside the system in detail based on this; ②Aiming at the limit of date integration pattern, the paper put forward a kind of EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) solution scheme based on data integration. Then based on the foundation on analyzing distributed business system of chinaware enterprises, through the definition of mapping data collection by using functional data and combined with data integration schema, the paper put forward integration schema of concrete data of ERP and a kind of distributed management. Finally, based on network distributed sale management system of chinaware manufacturing enterprises, its key integration techniques and system exploitation, the paper realized the application of the system in some chinaware manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing, and realizing the integration and combination of business processing including sale, storage, finance and delivering, which depending on CIMSNET of Computer Integration Manufacturing System. Through the application of the system in some chinaware manufacturing enterprises, the paper validated the rationality and feasibility of the system and network distributed sale management pattern in chinaware manufacturing enterprises.
