The Strategy Orientation Of Western National Economic & Technological Development Zone In Eastern, Central And Western Development

Since the State Council approved to set national economic & technological development zones in Tianjing, Dalian and the other cities in 1984, Chinese development zones have passed by 20 years' development. Experiencing and tempering all kinds of hardships , development zones have become a vital new force with plenty of vigor and large potentiality to push Chinese economy developing fast. They play an important role as window, example, radiation and driving to promote the reform and development of Chinese Marketing Economy. To some extent, they are a remarkable feature of Chinese economy development's miracle.While China is a large country, different development zones play different roles in their local economy for their own different conditions. So for the western national development zones which were set later and developed lower than the coastal ones, how to define their orientation and keep good development tendency have attracted people's care and become the research topic worthy of thinking and study for the scholar.The article tries to use the theory of Regional Economy and other relative ones concerning the land, funds , human resource and policy of development zone, through comparing the present conditions of western areas of China, to present how to develop western national economic & technological develop zone in the following ways: One, to try to improve the development zone's ability of resource conformity. Two, to choose well the direction of construction and investment for developing. To modify and make new development rules with new ideas such as characteristics, marketing, integration, policy and etc. to promote the western economy development by implementing "Six Strategy" —Land Intensive Strategy, Investment Assemble Strategy, Industries Grouping Strategy, Policy Centralize Strategy, Talent all-together Strategy and Management Effective Strategy.The article is developed according to what's mentioned above as well as practice. It's aimed to further illustrate how to implement " Six Strategy" well and put it into use in real work.
