| As an important field of industrial development and regional economic development, the extensive use of development zone in the planning and construction process is serious, and development zone intensive land use has become the objective requirement of the healthy development of China,s economy and society.Studying on spatial-temporal differences and exploring influencing factors intensive land use in development zone,It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the government and relevant departments to formulate targeted policies and measures to promote developmrnt zone land intensive use,and alleviating the contradiction between land resources supply and demand.Based on consulting and summarizing relevant literatures at home and abroad,15 typical development zones in Fujian province is divided into three regions according to the regional GDP,which are divided developed areas,sub-developed areas, underdeveloped areas, and using the variation coefficient and natural breakpoint grading method to analyze the spatial-temporal variation of land intensive use in development zone; While, the main factor influencing of development zone land intensive use were determined by using the barrier model and principal component analysis, and put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for promote development zone land intensive use.The conclusions of this paper as follows:1.The analysis of the spatial-temporal variation of land intensive use in development zone shows that:1)The regular of temporal changes,in the developed areas, the variation coefficient of developmen t zone land intensive use shows a trend of "increase-decrease-increase";in the sub-developed areas, the coefficient of variation of development zone land intensive use shows a trend of "decrease-increase";in the underdeveloped areas, the difference in the level of land intensive use varies greatly the degree of development zone.2)The regular of spatial change,The level of development zone land intensive use in the developed and sub-developed areas is high, they are mainly distributed in coastal cities with good location, convenient transportation and high level of economic development. In the underdeveloped areas, the level of land intensive use of the development zone is low, which are mainly distributed in mountainous cities with relatively backward economic development and lack of road transport facilities, resulting in extensive land use.2.The analysis of the influencing factors development zone land intensive use shows that the most important obstacles in development zone are Industrial property intensity and Industrial land investment intensity of fixed assets.there is no obvious correlative rules between the degree of development zone land intensive use and development zone age, distance from development zone to the county(city)center; In addition, the closer the distance from the various types of highways to the development zone, better the transportation facilities in the area, and the higher the degree of development zone land intensive use.The effect of social and economic factors to development zone land intensive use is complex, different research areas have different influencing factors:In the developed areas,GDP per capita is the most important influencing factor of development zone land intensive use, followed by the secondary industry proportion, tertiary industry proportion, population density urbanization rate has the least influence on the land intensive use of the development zone, and secondary industry proportion is negatively related to intensive degree of land use.In the sub-developed areas, social and economic factors have a positive effect on the intensive use of land in the development zone, and its function is from big to small:secondary industry proportion, urbanization rate, population density, tertiary industry proportion, gross domestic product per capita. In the underdeveloped areas, the impact of social and economic indicators on land intensive use of development zone is:GDP per capita, secondary industry proportion, tertiary industry proportion, population density, urbanization rate, the effect of each index is weakened in turn, and population density is negatively related to intensive degree of land use. |
