Information Integration System Frame For Decision Making

In past five years, data is increasing with the rate 200% per year. To achieve the strong competition abilities for a corporation, the data, being the information resource, has to be paid more attention, While, the information integration management is the unique method. The goal of application of information system is that the management and decision making abilities can be improved to higher management level and stronger competition abilities radically.The information between different systems can not be shared and communicated currently, which leads to a less working efficiency, the waste of resources, and high cost. The integration of each system is more and more important with the construction of the information system. The information integration will decide whether the information system construction will succeed or not.This thesis includes 5 chapters. In first chapter, the necessity of the information integration is presented. In second chapter, the decision making system, the information integration and the definition, method and theory related to information resource management are introduced. In third chapter, some problems in information system construction are analyzed and the construction of the management frame of the information integration is studied for Shixi Mobile Corporation. In fourth chapter, the whole designing frame is presented through the analysis of the demand of the information integration, the role of exploitation and the system feasibility. In fifth chapter, how the revolution that information integration system brings to corporation is and how to manage it and make decision are discussed and studied.
