Study On Cooperative Development Of Trans-Regional Tourism In The Pan-Triangle Area Of Xi'An-Lanzhou-Yinchuan

Creativity and Combination are two topics of the development of china's tourism in 21 century. Based on the "central-to -local" political system and the administrative economy,many provinces and cities consider developing tourism cooperatively as their important strategy . In 2004,two important conferences were held in Yin-chuan in August attended by fire provinces of Northwest china and in Urumqi in September attended by the neighboring zone of Shan-xi,Gan-su,Ning-xia and Inner Mongolia. In the conferences, Shan-xi,Gan-su,Ning-xia established definitely the aim to develop tourism cooperatively.However,there is a new problem that is how to make a tourism tenace and how to develop tourism cooperatively .The paper makes a thorough inquiry tentatively .The paper is made up of seven parts which study the research topic detailedly.The fist part studies the concepts and background of the trans-regional tourism,which circles in china's tourism. This part makes a firm theory foundation for the research.The second part is the main part of the paper. It touches upon the meaning of cooperative development of trans-regional tourism Xi'An-lanzhou-Yinchuan pan triangle,which makes a reality foundation for the further research work.The third part, from three aspects: location,resources and market, analyses completely the conditions of developing the tourism of Xi'An-lanzhou-Yinchuan pan triangle region And explain the reasons why the three provinces are capable to develop the tourism of the pan-triangle region cooperatively , neighboring position with convenient transportation , mutually supplement tourism resources with space monopoly characteristic , market interchange within the three provinces , similar market outside of the pan-triangle region, and running the tourism industry cooperatively .The fourth part analyses the problems coming with the trans-regional tourism development in the pan-triangle region .which disclose the main difficulties of the cooperation.The fifth part is the heart of the paper .It is composed of four conceptions. First ,based on the analysis about cooperative development of trans-regional tourism, spurred by capital cities, cooperative development of trans-regional tourism fits for the realistic situation in Shan-xi,Gan-su,Ning-xia. Second conception, by evaluating the characteristics of the tourism should show Silk Road , Yellow River, Desert, Chinese Culture and Glorious History of china .The third conception is about tourism arrangement. The fourth conception is about the tourism line.The cooperative development of trans-regional tourism is a very complicated system,Thus ,Part six shows the main problem during the development .Part seven provides the concrete measures of cooperation development of trans-regional tourism .part eight analysis some questions which need to study on cooperative development of trans-regional tourism .
