Under the background of regional economic integration, regional tourism cooperation in full swing, study on regional tourism cooperation is also increasing. Sanmenxia City, Yuncheng City, Linfen City, Weinan City, belonging to Henan, Shanxi, Shaanxi provinces. Due to the geopolitical relations more frequently in economic intercourse,in2012the establishment of the golden triangle of the Yellow River to undertaking industry demonstration zone provides policy guarantee and motivation for regional cooperation, but the study on the regional tourism cooperation is still less, In order to further study on regional tourism cooperation, to promote the development of the tourism in. This paper analyzes and studies Golden Triangle Area in Henan, Shanxi and Shaanxi Province.This paper is based on the golden triangle Area in Henan, Shanxi and Shaanxi Province as the research target, the whole paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction, including research background, research status, research significance, from the aspects of development practice and theory reveals the necessity of the research in this paper. and explains the relevant concepts, summarizes the research achievements at home and abroad, laying a foundation for this study. The second part is the theoretical basis and theoretical study, according to the relevant theory, puts forward the dynamic mechanism of regional tourism cooperation, analyzes the existing pattern of regional tourism cooperation. The third to the sixth part is the empirical research, this paper analyzes the golden triangle of the Yellow River regional tourism resource situation, development characteristics, demonstrated the feasibility of the regional tourism cooperation, put forward the development model of regional tourism cooperation, and finally puts forward the regional tourism development countermeasures and suggestions for the development of security system. New ideas of this paper is proposed a new mechanism of regional tourism cooperation, build the model of regional tourism cooperation, according to current situation of the yellow golden triangle area and according to the tourist lines are combined in detail.Through research, this paper draws the relevant conclusions. Firstly, power of regional tourism cooperation should be divided into the internal driving force and external driving force. Second, according to the stages of development regional tourism cooperation mode can be divided into three kinds, that is, the single development mode, comprehensive cooperation mode and barrier-free tourism cooperation mode. Third, tourist resources are rich, concentrated stronger and the tourism development is not balanced in golden triangle area in Henan, Shanxi and Shaanxi. Fourth, regional tourism resources are highly complementary, traffic network are well developed, image positioning is similar, and cooperation basis has relatively been long in golden triangle area in Henan,Shanxi and Shaanxi. Fifth, golden triangle area in Henan,Shanxi and Shaanxi should promote comprehensive cooperation mode.
