Performance appraisal is the measure, premise and evidence of human resources development and management. It was well used in foreign banks. But now most national commercial banks' exerted performance appraisal are usually based on the traditional experiment judged performance appraisal measurements, they are short of external standards, are out of standardizational institution appraisal system. Along with the embedded economic globalization, the finance competition is pricking up constantly. The comparative close human resource management systems of national commercial banks are impinged more and more. So the researches on the national commercial banks' performance appraisal are increasing, but the research on the middle-level manager's performance appraisal system of national commercial banks is still few.The thesis mainly investigates the middle-level manager's performance appraisal of ZaoZhuang Branch of China Construction Bank. In recent years the bank's executive performance appraisal means have gained some success, but they still have some shortage. The bank needs to make up a new scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system which is founded on the base of value management and strategic implement. Basing on abundant literature, the thesis firstly states partial domestic and overseas performance appraisal representative experiences, and then analyses the development andperformance appraisal system of the ZaoZhuang Branch of China Construction Bank, then carry through task analysis on the middle-level manager's station and establish the key indexes to examine outstanding acheivements. Secondly the thesis designs the middle-level manager's fuzzy arrangement performance appraisal model and confirms the weight of every index. Finally the thesis designs the implementary points on the bank's middle-level manager's performance appraisal system.The theory meaning of this thesis lies in perfecting middle-level manager's performance appraisal system of national commercial banks.The actual meaning of this thesis lies in putting forward the easilied-operated middle-level manager's performance appraisal system to ZaoZhuang Branch of China Construction Bank, and putting forward a series of copulate advices based enterprise's traits. And the middle-level manager's performance appraisal system model can be applied to the development of other commercial banks at the same time.
