During human resources development and management, performance appraisal is an important basic work and a core of human resources management. It aims at raising the performance of the organization and the staff,making employee full initiative and active work. In this way,it can improve the creativity of the company,achieve its strategic aim and push the company into an unassailable position during the keen market competition. As far as to engineering supervise corporation,middle-level managers have key effect on it's development. Only through correctly appraising results,can we adopt pertinence and felicitous incentives to increase positivity of the staff and retain person with ability for the corporation's development. The paper tries to researching systemic on performance appraisal for middle-level managers of CYX engineering supervise CO., LTD, which is needed to make foundation for further development.Based on an in-depth discussion of current research and application status of domestic and overseas performance appraisal theories , the paper explores its performance appraisal liking with the actual situation of intermediate managers in CYX. We find the core problem that leads to unsound performance appraisal system and unsatisfied feeling of employee existing in the company,i.e. ,subjectivity in appraisal process and equivocal results. Aiming at solving these problems, on base of work-analysis and the establishing principle of performance appraisal, we use KPI and AHP methods to establish index system, which helps to count scientific middle-level managers work results. On base of these,the paper sets up mathematical model in use of Fuzzy method to analyse the appraisal results. In order to assure implementing the system effectively and durative, we present some advices about application and actualizing process of the system.
