Since the 21st century,due to the impact of economic globalization,the competition bet ween countries is becoming more and more intense.Chinese enterprises are not only trying to seize the opportunity,but also accept great challenges in the process of facing economic globa lization.At this point,the strategic management of enterprises has become particularly import ant,a business strategy for the successful development and implementation of not only to imp rove the competitiveness of enterprises,but also makes enterprises more cohesive to promote long-term stable development of enterprises.However,the traditional performance appraisal c an not meet the needs of modern enterprise internal management,therefore,the urgent need fo r a long-term incentive and restraint mechanisms to strengthen internal management,enhance corporate performance,to manage change,so as not to be eliminated in the future competitive trend.Based on the strategic development planning,operation status and human resources statu s of the Group,this paper takes the management personnel of Tiandong Company as the resea rch object of Guangxi BS Investment Group Co.,Ltd.as the research basis,in order to better s olve the training and working status of managers Employees to build a platform for the achiev ements of personal business,to create a sustainable development of space,therefore,it is nece ssary for managers to build an effective performance appraisal system.Through the actual inve stigation of the company,this paper collects relevant data and analyzes the shortcomings of th e company's existing performance appraisal system.After the comprehensive analysis,accord ing to the current nature of the management of the department,the characteristics and status q uo,based on the performance evaluation theory,put forward the "360 degrees + KPI" perform ance appraisal method,in order to optimize and improve the Guangxi BS Investment Group C o.,Ltd.Current performance appraisal system.In the process of analysis and research,the 360-degree performance appraisal method and the KPI performance appraisal method are used to determine the evaluation index and weight,and the corresponding assessment criteria are worked out.Finally,the implementation plan is matched with the department manager.The specific implementation process of the scheme includes determining the objectives of the performance appraisal,determining the use principle of the performance appraisal,the implementation process of the performance appraisal,communicating and feedback the performance results,constructing the complaint mechanism and the specific application of the performance appraisal results.It is hoped that the explanation of the design and evaluation methods of the performance appraisal system can help the departmental management personnel of the company,and provide realistic basis for the smooth realization of the company's strategic objectives.
