With fast development of the national economy, the proportion of third property in the national economy had made a big enhancement. By the development of more than twenty years, the real estate industry already became one of the pillar properties of the national economy. Currently, the selling of real estate products is dissatisfactory, large quantity of real estate products are unmarketable. It not only restricts the durative development activity of real estate business enterprises, but also would result in large quantity of bad loan in bank. More over, it will influence the growth of district economy.Currently in our country, the growth of real estate marketing is not good, the operation and the research of theory are not mature. Thesis begins from the analysis of the operation and the theory investigation about real estate marketing, analyzes current problems in real estate operation. The market position thoughts have get recognition, but still weak in specific operation. Especially in the face of important investment decision, the decision-makers have not enough and accurate information to support their estimate. Information absence will induce severe mistake of investment decision, and induce the item development can not realize the target of investment. This text proceeds research aiming at the problems of real estate position,lauches around the problems which must be settled during real estate development.For the sake of understanding the market position for real estate development completely and systemically, this text make a discussion about the operation principle of real estate market position. Make use of the method of marketing management and becoming work contents and operation process of the real estate market position,which is made up of five parts.
