With the incremental development of world economic integration and market globalization, and the quick development of information technology, supply chain management has been the important management mode for modern enterprises and also been a hot research field for academic study and practical application since 1990. Under supply chain management mode , individual firms no longer compete as independent entities, but rather as integral parts of supply chain linkage. In supply chain, distribution system is the most important linkage, which is not only the sign to measure the level of supply chain management but also the most key factor to determine the competition capability of supply chain. However, in today's complex new market place, the inferior position of traditional distribution system is increasingly in evidence, especially on the conflicts of efficiency,, cost and controllability. Furthermore, the non-cooperation relation between vendors and buyers in traditional distribution system has greatly restricted the communication between manufacturer and customer and the efficiency of distribution system. Last explain the route and content of this text briefly.Part two: It is mainly the theory overview of the supply chain distribution system. First it is about the summarize of supply chain, including the concept, structure model and character of supply chain. Next is about the summarize of supply chain management, including its concept, involved content and difference from traditional management model. Then expatiate the meaning of distribution from both market manage and supply chain. The former is mainly about distribution channel and the latter three distribution policy. And then is about the summarize of distribution system, including its concept, factor, structure and development trend. Last analyze the advantages of distribution firms under supply chain management.Part three: This is the emphases of the text. First talk about the stock control of distribution system by introducing its definition, sort , fundamental and some basicconcepts and emphasizing its important function in two aspects. Next analyze four costs among supply chain distribution system particularly, especially introduced the compute method about the security stock and service level. And then establish a least cost model about distribution system through restricting service level and reasonable suppose. Then testify the feasibility of this model through a evaluated example. At last summarize total study results and put forward some expectations.
