EC is changing the world's traditional economy conformation directly and intensely which is also impacting the organizational forms and managing ways of the enterprise. B2C of EC has taken up the important role according to the practice of international EC. Up to now, though B2C EC has achieved faster development in China, it also has a large gap comparing to developed countries. Credit problems are just one of the major factors what are generally agreed to.So it is necessary to review about the credit management mechanism, explore the causes of credit problems, and bring forward a system of B2C EC credit management for guiding enterprises' practice. This dissertation is just to meet the requirement.The dissertation is composed of five parts:Part 1, Introduction, introduces the problems and consequences thereform about the credit management in the development of EC, demonstrates the necessity and pressure of the research in China's enterprise credit management, and the academic and practical signification for the research.Part 2, Points out the foundation stone of problems in credit management is Information Dissymmetry Theory, analyses the status and the causes about China's enterprise credit management in B2C EC, explores how B2C EC and credit management accelerate each other, and last indicates that it is necessary to establish the system of enterprise's credit management.Part 3, The hardcore sect of the dissertation introduces how to establish the system of enterprise's credit management in B2C EC by studying and illuminating three aspects, organization framework of enterprise's credit management, credit policy, information management system.Part 4, By using information economic postulates, the part studies the cost composing, cost calculation methods, benefit composing, benefit calculation methods, then discusses the profit of credit management in B2C EC, points out the key of successfully carrying out credit management is to choose correct mode and methods.Part 5, The end part concludes the shortcoming of the system of enterprise's credit management in B2C EC, indicates that it is also very important for enterprises to call on the government creating an honest society and enterprises' self-discipline. Finally, it makes the conclusion of the dissertation and points out the localization and issues for further research.
