Since last century 90s, Internet had explosive development on the base of the development of communication technology and became more and more worldwide. E-commerce appeared due to Internet, which is a new business model based on Internet, bargainers, bank electronic payment and settlement. E-commerce can connect the dealers and suppliers closely, which can meet consumers quickly, make dealers choose suppliers and sell goods around the world. Today every country realize the importance of E-commerce and trust that E-commerce will an impetus to the economics development in the future.At present, E-commerce industry in China has not been ideally developed. Probing into the roots of this phenomenon, we come into a conclusion that many problems can be the causes like technical skills, transaction cost, market practices, business models etc, among which the most prominent one is that the E-commerce credit system conforming to the situation of our country has not been established. Under the background that the E-commerce concept has been widely accepted by the public, the lack of the social credit system has become the bottle-neck of the further development of E-commerce industry in China. In order to promote the rapid development of China's E-commerce industry, the E-commerce credit problems must be solved as soon as possible. This article carries on a superficial discussion on the E-commerce credit related problems, and some measures has been proposed to consummate E-commerce credit problems.
