The Logistics Management Pattern Study Of Innovation In Jiangxi Micro-midi-corporations

As the main force of economic development in Jiangxi, Jiangxi micro-midi-corporations should be responsible for accelerating economic development and making Jiangxi province growing up in midland of China. "The third source of profit"-logistics has been an important method of corporation's striving for survival,development and efficiency , as the "The first source of profit" and "The second source of profit" have been depleted . There is serious waste in the logistics management in Jiangxi micro-midi-corporations .so it is necessary to reinforce logistics management ,to decrease the cost of logistics ,to enhance the efficiency of logistics. Why we study the logistics management pattern of Jiangxi is to bring forward the methods and strategies of strengthening the management of logistics on the basis of the trait of Jiangxi micro-midi-corporations and to expediting Jiangxi economic development consequently.In this article,we first introduce the trait of Jiangxi micro-midi-corporations and the actuality of it's logistics management,then analyze the problem present in the logistics management and the reason brought from it. and also we put forward the ideas of innovation of logistics management pattern.Finally we conclude the new patterns and strategies of logistics management suited for Jiangxi micro-midi-corporations.
