The Methods Of Modern Project Management And Its Application In 《Ma'an Industrial City Project (Phase One) Aided By P.R.C》

It is discussed such as the concept,chacteristics,organization, implementation procedures about modern project management and differences between project management and other traditional enterprise management in this thesis. The trend of modern project management is to utilize computer to manage, as the computerization of project management in medium projects and small projects is not applied popularly in current days, it is introduced that the functional characteristics, basic principles and using scope of P3,then it is emphasized in the thesis that how to use the P3 to plan,optimize and track the duration,resources,cost of the project, giving an actual engineering example, at the same time, it is introduced that the methods of modern project management ,in prospect supplying reference experiences for the applying of the project management in the similar enterprises.Furthermore, it is analyzed in detail that why the management level of civil enterprises are not high, and the causes and measures of solving the problem are also pointed out. Finally it is overlooked that the developing trend of project management — — internationalization,informatization and cyberizing and several suggestions are given.
