With the development of modern logistics, our country emerged large quantities of logistics enterprises. But compared with the international standard, they may be only described as "slight", "few", "weak", "disperse". Along with the opening of our logistic market, overseas large-scale logistics enterprises will enter the domestic market. The problem how to overcome the malpractice and to seek the development is urgently awaited to be solved in our logistics enterprises. In the intensely competitive and fast changing economic environment, more and more logistics enterprises start to pay attention to the process. They hope to obtain the competitive advantage through the process which can enhance the enterprise's operation efficiency. Many overseas logistics enterprises have already developed the business process management and have achieved success. Therefore, our logistics enterprises urgently need the business process management which is highly effective. On the foundation of the theory of modern business management, an investigation was conducted about the situation of the business process management in our country's logistics enterprises.According to the conclusion from the investigation, some corresponding countermeasures are produced in this article. The Theory of Constraints can be used into the business process management to promote the smooth development of business process management in our country's logistics enterprises. This article mainly includes five parts: The first part is an introduction, which briefly introduced the background of the topic and the research significance, and did the document survey of the correlation content, outlined the main content of the article. The second part is the theoretical foundation, which emphatically introduced the proposion, the main thoughts and methods of the Theory of Constraints, and compared them with other theories; moreover, elaborated the development, the implication and the essence as well as the vital significance of the Business Process Management. The third part shows us an investigation, which was on the foundation of the introduction of the basic situation of our logistics enterprises as well as the general process of the logistics enterprises. The investigation was conducted about the existing process as well as the business process management situation of our logistics enterprises. According to the conclusion, some corresponding countermeasures have been produced. The fourth part mainly discusses the application of the Theory of Constraints in the business process management of our logistics enterprises,Including system regulation, establishment of target and appraisal system, planning and controlling the process,and continuous optimization. The fifth part borrows the TP of The theory of Constraints to develope innovation thought for business process management. The sixth part is the conclusion and the forecast, which made a clear and concise summary of this article, and pointed out the innovation and deficiency of this article, and proposed the forecast of the future research.
