Mass customization (MC) has obtained the widespread attention and the rapid development in the global scope. This kind of emerging production system has appeared the exuberant vitality, and brought the lasting competition superiority for the enterprises. Recent years, the domestic also raised the upsurge of study on MC. However, The study on transformation of Chinese enterprise from MP to MC system has not been developed thoroughly from the angle of organizational system.Therefore, the author thinks it is very necessary to systematically study the Chinese MP enterprise how to transform into the system of MC. On the one hand, the author attempts from this angle of organization system to make a supplement of the related fundamental research, on the other hand, the author expects to have the certain instruction function on the organizational transform from the system of MC to the system of MP.In order to thoroughly study the Chinese MP enterprise how to carry on the organizational transformation of the MC pattern. Firstly, the author has analyzed and compared the characteristics of the system of MP and MC, pointed out the basic requests for the organization structure of MC. Then, the author has taken the Chinese MP enterprise as the basic point and particularly analyzed the organizational barriers of the China enterprise from the MP to the MC. These barriers include the organizational structure, production-runs, the supply chain management, the organizational culture, and so on. Finally, the author has summarized the guiding principle of organizational transform from the MP to MC, and elaborated the Chinese enterprise how to implement the organizational transformation from the MP to MC according to these principles.The innovation of this article is the following: the author dividedthe organizational transformation process of Chinese MP enterprise into three stages and creatively proposed three kinds of different structures in view of the every stage.
