This article analyzes the fresh subject of innovative organizational culture and internal marketing of private enterprises through managerial theory and real practice. It is expounded about the concept, structure and the utility of organizational culture in the article and a highlight is given to the innovative organizational culture. It will be a key factor for the innovative organizational culture to act in the future enterprise management. Being an important part of Chinese economy, private enterprise must carry out internal marketing and culture innovation if they want to take an advantage in the globalized competition. The first chapt tells the goals and methods of the research. The second chapt analyzes the organizational culture innovation including its development, specility, problem, and reason. The following chapt analyzes internal marketing and the last chapt tells the relative content of innovative organizational culture remained.
