Core staff is the person who has the technology and skill that the enterprise needed, deals the core business and controls the core resources in the enterprise, has some technology or specialty that can't be instead of, makes a profound influence for the enterprise's development and on the key position in the enterprise. Core staffs are foundation stones that the enterprise makes the competition advantage. With China's entry into WTO and the rapid process of globalization and the rapid development of knowledge economy, human resource management has become the primary origin of enterprises' competence advantage, manage key talents well or not is constant decisive factors that enterprises develop among fierce market competition.Most enterprises face talent's keen competition, but lots of them have no pertinence of human resources to manager core staff, with unfair compensation system, they are no prefect encouragement scheme, there are no complete performance management system, they are lacking risk control dynamics for that the core staff turnover will bring to enterprise, such as a series questions, etc. It has caused high core staff turnover and inferior strength situation in competition.Directing against these questions, this article focused on the issue of how to manage core staff in enterprise, and based on the systematic research about the conception of core staff, about the importance of core staff, about the problem in the current management of core staff management, about the reason of high core staff's turnover, and about the cost of core staff's turnover, this article analyzes and researches the principals of core staff management in practice, at last, it demonstrated the before theory by the introduction of A company's core staff management revolution.
