The Influence Of National Policy To China Aerospace Industry

Starting with the public policy and public administration, this paper systematically studies the relationship between national policy and aerospace industry development, emphasizes the significance of national policy to aerospace industry development, and gives out some construction suggestions for China aerospace industry development strategy in the future. In this part, the developing situation, aerospace policy and policy orientation of USA, Russia and EU countries are detailedly analyzed. Thus, the boosting effect to aerospace industry which is resulted from paying more attention to aerospace policy can be understood.National Policy Analysis to China Aerospace Industry Development. In this part, the national policies applied in different phases of China aerospace development are analyzed and explained in detail. The effects and problems are concluded from the course of aerospace industry development.Choice of China Aerospace Developing Strategy. In this part, the developing strategy prospect of China aerospace industry is made out based on the situation of China aerospace development, the existing gap and the developing target. Integrating the developing requests in the aspect of general development, technology innovation, group development and human capital development, the adoptable national policies for improving China aerospace industry are issued out and the suggestions about how the national policies adapt to the development of China aerospace industry are given out.In this paper, the policy effects to aerospace industry are evaluated from actuality analysis to forecast analysis.
