At present, the mode of government-invested projects ( GIP ) supervision doesn't agree with the requirement of the system of market economy in our country, government can't control the gross investment of CIP, and result in the bad yield. Along with the converting of the system of economy and the development of market mechanism, reforming the mode of GIP supervision is on the most urgent situation.The author has engaged in the appraisal and supervisory work of GIP for many years and knows supervision reform's necess i ty and urgent of GIP. This article right develop research base the author's precisely comprehension to supervision of GIP.This thesis elaborates the concept of GIP and it's management system comprehensively and systematically, analyzes the malpractice existed in the current management system of GIP thoroughly; emphatically study some advanced experience in management of the project by government invest in some developed countries and areas, propose some measure and the suggestion to reform the mode of GIP supervision in our country.This paper mainly:(1) Contains the necessity and the research technique to set up the topic of this thesis. (2) Studies the historical evolution of supervision mode of GIP in our country since the founding of the nation. ( 3 ) Analyzing the current limitation in the GIP and its harm to benefit of financial capital and social economy development, points out its deeper reason lies in three aspects , that is the government economic function is unclear; there are contradiction between many participations and the unclear main body of the invest supervisor; There are contradiction between the lag of reforming the investment supervision system and the gradually criterion market of construction.
