With the fast growing economical globalization, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of the enterprise culture. An enterprise's motivation and the togetherness all originate from its culture; the technology is only a platform. Without a successful enterprise culture, the enterprise could not survive long term.In managing the enterprise operation, in order to create its unique enterprise culture and to establish good enterprise image, a modern enterprises should study the history of eastern and western enterprise culture development, combining various realities among enterprises as well as learning from the best. In the mean time, it is very essential to promptly summarize the theory and the practical experience from both the domestic and foreign enterprise culture development The first section of the article stated the important concept of the culture and enterprise culture. This chapter introduced the important role that enterprise culture was serving during the enterprise development; explained core value and its connotation; elaborated the relationship between core value and enterprise culture thus to demonstrate an successful/excellent enterprise that should cultivate a core value and the sense of mission sincerely approved by all its employees.Second section narrated the enterprise employees' approval to the core values, the organization system fairness, the standard as well as management's demonstration behavior were the main causes for the enterprise values thoroughly touching employees' innermost feelings, to become the enterprise and the employees common cognition values - the three important attributes of the core values internalization, which emphasized in the core values implementation process, the enterprise first should pay special attention to the construction of the management team, the management should strengthen the faith, approve to the enterprise values intensively, at the same time carry outsteadfastly to the enterprise values.In the third section, the profile of Zhongxin Telecommunication Equipment Inc (hereby ZTE) was introduced and also with a basic outline of the telecommunication industry. The author described how the ZTE's core values was developed, and made a detailed explanation of that core values. Thus it proved that in order for ZTE to continuously develop, to become a first-class global enterprise, the employees have to persist the company's core values, to internalize those values with their daily behaviors.In the fourth section, the author has taken a detail result analysis of the adoption of ZTE's core values among employees; results like the core values match the employee's approval to company core values. Finally, it also analyzed the actions taken by ZTE to internalize the core values.At the end the article conclude and explained that the cultural management is through internalizing the core values into the mind of the employees so that they can take those common values as the criterion to survey and adjust the production and daily activities by themselves. It helps to enhance enterprise's cohesive force, the centripetal force and the power and to achieve the business goal of the whole company.
