A Research On The Right And Obligation Status Of City Unemployed People

Integrating the theory of social security and sociology, this thesis primarily is described the status of unemployed man's right consciousness and obligation consciousness, the status of how they protest their right and obligation. Also, thus thesis also analysis the subjective and impersonality of why this happen, put forward some useful advice to improve this status. The article is divided into six chapters. Chapter one states the background of the study. Reviewing the related literatures points out the limits of those researches and demonstrates the research design and the way of collecting information. Chapter two is described the right consciousness and obligation consciousness status of unemployed person in the city. It is from three dimensionalities: guarantee of subsistence allowances, unemployed, reemployment and stands on three points of view: unemployment people, government, and society to analyze. Chapter three is mainly described how the unemployed people protest their obligation and right. At the side of protesting right, we measured the range of security, the degree of how unemployed people know and protest their right, how much they apply it. We also measured the reemployed status and how much they enjoyed the policy to prop up them. At the side of obligation, we measure the area and degree of unemployed people coming to time. Chapter four analyses the factors that influence unemployed people's right and obligation status. In subjective from the unemployed people themselves, in impersonality from the police, weakness of workers and management of organization, in defect of fund and so on. Chapter five is suggestion. In impersonality is mainly from the consummating of social salvation system, the developing of community economy, strengthening of legal aid, and implantation of social capital. In subjective is mainly from the changeover of unemployed people's idea, attaching themselves to community organization and nongovernmental organization. Chapter six is deficiency of my article. This article can be consummate from three sides, such as method of investigation, method of data analysis and so on.
