The Analysis Of Industry Related Effect Of Processing Trade

Processing trade is gradually becoming the main way that our country and other countries in the world participate the international trade, so it is necessary for us to have a further research and exploration about processing trade. It is well known that processing trade can make every country brings into play their comparative advantage, enlarge export, promote technique progress and industry upgrading. When we research a problem, we should start from the main factor. The reason that processing trade brings huge function to our country is the related effect between processing and other industries. Other industries are developing following by the development of processing trade, thus drive the development of the whole economy.We always use input—output method to study the related effect of industry. I mainly use input—output table of 2000 to study from the static and dynamic angle.At the meantime, I chose textile industry, electromechanical industry and high—tech industry as example to draw the general conclusion according to the developing stage of processing trade. Through the analysis, we draw the conclusion that the related effect of electromechanical industry and high—tech industry is very strong. And we should make these two industries as leading industry to develop them strongly according to the theory of leading industry.Everything has its dual character during the process of developing. The most key problem of processing trade is its small related effect. Though we have confirmed the leading industry of processing trade, it is not enough only having leading industry. We should propose some measures to solve this problem so as to promoting the whole related effect of processing trade. When we make a proposal, we should study its feasibility firstly. Only the measures are feasible, they could really work.In this paper, I mainly use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to study this problem. Through the analyzing the influence factors of the small related effect of processing trade and the grading of expert and setting up appraisal collection, I draw the conclusion at last that the feasibility of these measures is relatively high.
