The Research On The Performance Of Pork Processing Industry Supply Chain In Jilin Province

Pork was the most important carnivorous product in China, and pork accounted for a larger proportion in food consumption. The pig industry has been a pillar industry for livestock husbandry in Jilin province. The pork processing industry plays an important role in Jilin province, between the growth of GDP, consumption needs and the increase of farmers' income. The pork processing industry has become the key sector to promote economic development?increase the income of farmers and regulate the supply and demand of agricultural products.Start with the driving ability of pork processing enterprises, this paper analyzed the situation of the pork processing industry supply chain on the aspects of breeding, slaughtering, processing, logistics and marketing. It turned out that the integration ability of supply chain?management of core enterprise and security management were not well in the pork industry supply chain in Jilin province.According to the concept definition, this paper established the performance evaluation system of supply chain. This paper selected the learning ability, the ability of information processing, user satisfaction degree, close degree, the total cost of the supply chain, supply chain efficiency, flexibility of supply chain and information of supply chain from the aspects of internal performance, external performance and the overall performance to evaluate the performance of pork processing industry supply chain by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the results, the performance of pork processing industry supply chain was poor.This paper analyzed the limiting factors of the performance of pork processing industry supply chain by structural equation model. According to the results, mismanagement of the core enterprise in supply chain affected internal performance significantly, and poor conditions of supply chain integration and poor conditions food safety management affected overall performance significantly.Based on the conclusion of the study, put forward the following suggestions: to establishment of integrated model of integrated supply chain by processing enterprises as the core, to raise the management ideological of the core enterprise supply chain, to improve the supply chain information system, and to establish the system of meat products traceability.
