Study On The Upgrading Path Of Shuyang Wood Processing Industry

Shuyang County is a well-known "hometown of flowers and trees" in the country,and the wood processing industry is the traditional industry and pillar industry of Shuyang County.In 2022,there are 1429 wood processing enterprises in Shuyang County,and the huge industrial cluster has played an important supporting role in boosting the local economy.However,with a series of problems such as the intensification of trade competition,industrial structure adjustment,improvement of environmental protection standards,upgrading of mass consumption and stricter requirements for safe production,the development of wood processing industry in Shuyang County is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.In order to further help the county’s wood processing industry adapt to the changes of the times and break through the bottleneck of development,industrial upgrading must be carried out.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the upgrading of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County and clarify the upgrading path.This paper takes the upgrading of wood processing industry in Shuyang County as the research object,and takes the relevant research results of industrial cluster theory,industrial structure theory and sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis.Applying the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the development status,existing problems and influencing factors of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County,clarifies the upgrading path,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and safeguard measures for the realization of the industrial upgrading path.First of all,through analysis,it is found that the development of wood processing industry in Shuyang County has problems such as small enterprise scale,unreasonable industrial structure,low product grade,fierce homogeneous competition,large resource consumption and low resource utilization rate.According to the relevant policy documents and documents,the index system of factors affecting the development of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County is designed.The system is composed of four factors of the first-level index policy,technology,talent and environment and 15 sub-factors of the second-level index.Among them,the secondary indicator "wood industry scientific and technological innovation capacity" is a characteristic indicator designed according to the "hometown of flowers and trees" in Shuyang County.Then the AHP is used to calculate the weight and consistency test of each index,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the influencing factors.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive score of the importance of the factors affecting the wood processing industry in Shuyang County is 76.25,which is a relatively important level.The scores of the first-level indicators,such as policy,technology,talent and environmental factors,are all important.According to these results,these indicators have an important impact on the development of wood processing industry in Shuyang County;Through the sub-item evaluation,it can be found that 11 of the 15 factors have an important impact on the development of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County.Therefore,these indicators need to be upgraded to promote the healthy development of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the wood processing industry in Shuyang County,the paper determines the inclusive,differential and complex upgrading path of the wood processing industry,and selects different upgrading paths according to the comprehensive evaluation score of the importance of individual enterprises’ influencing factors.Enterprises with an evaluation score of less than 60 choose the inclusive upgrading path,enterprises with a score of 60-86 choose the differentiated upgrading path,and enterprises with a score of more than 86 choose the complex upgrading path.Finally,according to the problems existing in the upgrading and the importance of the factors affecting the upgrading,suggestions are put forward to improve the policy,upgrade the technology,improve the quality of talents and improve the environment.At the same time,safeguards are also put forward to strengthen organizational leadership,formulate industrial planning,implement territorial responsibilities,strengthen law enforcement inspection,improve supporting policies and strengthen work promotion.
