The strategy means a total design for development objectives and methods to reach them for the existence and long-term growth of enterprise according to its external environment and internal resources and ability conditions. In the ever-changing market environment, the most important thing of the enterprise's existence and development is to adapt to the change. Therefore, a corporation should look into the future, establish long-term target according to the change, so as to exist and make progress in the turbulent environment. Making strategy is beneficial for the coordination of internal and external circumstances, and for the certification of the direction and objective of development. At the beginning, this thesis elaborates the progress of the theory of business strategy management and the importance of it, introduces some common methods to establish the strategy. Then, it takes NANYA Corporation as an example, analyzes the internal factors and industry environment, concludes the corporation's strength and opportunity, the weakness and threats, after this, uses SWOT matrix analysis tool to get the strategic objective for the development of NANYA and discusses the specific strategy decision. In the end, this thesis makes the strategy implementing flow based on the objective, designs the implementing strategy, so as to consolidate and improve the present competitive advantages and to form the core competence in the future. At the end, the thesis indicates that the strategy decision is not only science but art, the success of which is decided by not only the model analysis but the leader's characteristics.
