Today's society has been changed by the information age,the world information industry is developing rapidly and gradually changing the trend of the economy,and the value chain of the telecommunications industry is also changing quietly.However,with the popularization of technology application,accelerating the informatization process also intensifies the competition within the industry."transformation and upgrading" has been put on the long-term planning agenda of various operators,in order to maintain the core competitiveness in the fierce industry competition.What telecom operators urgently need to change is ICT business,which is the combination of IT and CT business.Telecom operators have great competitiveness in infrastructure and terminals in this field,so ICT business has become an important breakthrough for operators in transformation and upgrading.Therefore,telecom operators have a unique opportunity to construct ICT business strategies and run business models.YX company is one of the earliest telecommunication companies in China.With the continuous strategic development of the group,YX has gradually started the transformation from a software developer to a security technology provider,thus facing more severe threats and challenges.Technological progress brings great changes to the ecosystem of communication and information industry.While growth in the pipeline business has slowed,businesses such as the Internet and Internet of things have got better opportunities.It makes the telecom industry full of new thinking and new model exploration to face challenges.Sharing the profit dividend of ICT industry has been put on the agenda of operators' long-term development planning,transformation and upgrading.Therefore,YX company can only start a new chapter of the industry by promoting strategic development through new business segments.This paper adopts the Porter's five-force model analysis and the PEST macro-environment analysis theory to analyze the market situation of the ICT business of YX company,summarize the co-opetition between YX company and its competition and cooperation,and finish a development strategy and the implementation supports for YX's ICT business.First,by analyzing the co-opetitive relationship in the operation of YX's ICT business,this paper analyzes the four states(competitive state,adaptive state,competitive state,adaptive state,Independence and cooperation);Furthermore,throughthis concurrence relationship,the static concurrence characteristics and dynamic concurrence characteristics of the company's business are revealed;finally,based on these dynamic and static concurrence characteristics,the strategic positioning,implementation and strategic safeguard measures are given.We also hope that through the case study of YX,we can see the whole through a small part,so as to accurately grasp the key problems of market positioning,perfect service and resource integration of these industry value chains,and combine our own original advantages.Positioning of a suitable competing development strategy can provide experience in management and operation mode for enterprises in the same industry.
