Economic globalization has become the most outstanding tendency in the current economic activities in the word, which shows the most important characteristic is production globalization. Since Multi-national Corporation assumes its leading role in production globalization, economic globalization has mainly driven by the development of Multi-national corporations. In order to obtain the highest profit and maintain its competitive advantage in the international operating, Multi-national Corporation must adjust its strategies to improve capabilities of resources integrity on the global basis. As a conspicuous management theory and application, more and more enterprises are spending special attentions on Supply Chain Management (SCM). Particularly it's very important for Multi-national Corporations to win in the global competitions. Compared with native supply chain, global supply chain has some differences on time,distance and operating environment over countries or regions. Therefore, a high efficiency global supply chain management must establish global service system, international information system and international collaboration network. What discussed in this article includes SCM theory description and provides some resolutions on how to achieve global resource integrity and highest efficient benefits through describes success cases from a couple of famous Multi-national Corporations such as HP,DELL and IBM which are leading IT industry in the world. We need to pay more attention to the development of native supply chain management under current situations that our companies need to be prepared for the challenges in the worldwide range.
