With the progress of science and technology and the globalization of informationnetwork development, the competition in the market is becoming increasingly fierce.Technical progress and demand diversification make enterprises facing pressure ofshortening delivery time, improving product quality, reducing the cost and improving theservice. The old management pattern already can not adapt to the demand in the changingmarket, if enterprises need to maintain sustainable development, they must readjust thestrategy target. However, modern market competition is not only among individualenterprises, but also mainly between different supply chains. The key of the competitionadvantage is to establish strategic cooperative partnership. Therefore, more and moreenterprises begin to pay attention to supply chain management, explore and optimize thesupply chain management mode, so as to substantially improve supply chain efficiencyand market competitiveness.Taking Rider Corporation, an electronics manufacturing service enterprise as theresearch object, this thesis analyses and optimizes its supply chain management. First, thetopic background, the purpose and significance of the research are elaborated in the thesis.Also a brief introduction of Rider’s development history, structure, scale of production,product type, product marketing and management concept are described. Second, bysumming up the malpractice in Rider’s old management pattern and the successful modelof implementing supply chain management in some excellent enterprises, the thesispresents the necessity of implementing supply chain management in Rider Corporation,and also points out that Rider Corporation must advance a series of strategic deploymentto achieve the successful implementation of supply chain management. Third, byunderstanding the supply chain management objectives and positioning in Rider, the thesisanalyses the operation flow and management performance of supply chain management,and finds the existing problems about Rider’s current practice on supply chainmanagement and find out the root of the problems. Finally, based on the above, a clearthinking and principle on the optimization of supply chain management are made, and then an optimization scheme on structure and partnership of supply chain is proposed, andthe coordination strategy on supply chain management operation flow is designed, thus,the supply chain performance can be improved constantly in Rider Corporation.
