Multinational Supply Chain Management On Its Enlightenment

This paper elaborates the basic concept,theory of supply chain management, introduces the supply chain management (SCM) models of two multi-national corporations and then analyzes the difference and similarities of them. Dell company makes the direct SCM model,Nokia is the international star-network industrial park. These two multi-national corporations all aim at paying more attention to clients,core business,establishing electronic commerce platform,sifting suppliers,and building strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers. On the basis of systematic analysis of Chinese corporation's SCM problems and using the revelation of these two multi-national corporations'experience for reference,this paper provides some solutions for Chinese companies to advance their supply chain management.
