Research On Import Ironstone Logistics Management Of WISCO Based On Supply Chain Management

WISCO(Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation) put forward that the Qingshan factory of WISCO will produce steel about 14 million ton in the Eleventh Five development strategy planning , then they will need the import ironstone about 15 million ton. So in the new background of the incorporate economy and supply chain management, the key question in WISIO is how to improve the currency efficiency of the import ironstone ,reduce the currency cost .This thesis will analyse the actuality and the question about the import ironstone in WISCO and put forward the strategic advice to manage successfully the currency of the import ironstone. Firstly ,this thesis introduce the source and the meaning and background , introduce the background of WISCO ,generalize the meaning and source of supply and need chain ,generalize the concept about object currency management and it's new development under the new background of supply chain management. Secondly , this thesis analyse the supply of goods status about our country ironstone ,the transport status of global ironstone ,and find out the existent question about the currency management of the import ironstone in WISCO. Thirdly , on the base of the Eleventh Five development strategy planning, this thesis analyse the resource structure request about the import ironstone , the effect aroused by the ball-ironstone project about 5 million ton/year in the building in e state of Hubei province about WISCO purchasing ironstone from Australia ,South Africa Brazil . Lastly , on the base of analysing about the actuality of currency of the import ironstone in WISCO , this thesis put forward the strategic advice about the goods currency management development of the import ironstone referring to the knowledge of supply chain management .
