This dissertation analyzed details of Supply Chain Management (shortened form SCM) of Nanjing Textile Import and Export Corp., Ltd. (for short: Nantex). This Article brought forward improvement suggestion such as recombine flow, difference strategy, and information technology in factual feasibility meanwhile put forward whole consideration of reforming SCM of Nantex which embody management of producer and Supplier in input system and importer in output of Nantex SCM. Give prominence importance of tactic cooperation relationship in SCM. In the same time lucubrated export mode under dimensions customization and International Logistics of Nantex, expressing a new idea of extending to SCM backward position of textile export. In addition, the paper want to wish Nantex would achieve integrating strength in future international trade competitions though reinforce of SCM.
