Resource-Based Optimization Of Distributor Selecting And Evaluating System

Distributor is an important link among customer and manufactorie. Therefore, how to select and evalua distrbutors scientifically is one of the crucial contents under the B2B mode in the supply chain management. Distrbutor selection and evaluation is one of the crucial contents in the supply chain management. Research of evaluation strategy is one of the point of research of distrbutor selecting and evaluating system. Current research of distrbutor selection and evaluation is based on traditional marketing thought, which has some features: thinking of the real strengh excessively but the cooperation and service index, and can't adapt to the enterprises' objective need which is to establish supply chain management mode. In this dissertation, resource theory act as the guarding thought to establish distrbutor selecting and evaluating system, and can to improve on getting the weight of index, adjusting the weight of index, and getting pertinent improving plan.At first, resource theory was analyzed deeply in this dissertation, and corporation's tangible resource, intangble resource and knowledge resource can to form corporation's competitive advantage,so the coordination ability is important to corporation's competitive ability; Secondly, on the base of resource theory, the part of intangble resource in traditional index system was portified,then resource-based distrbutor selecting and evaluating system was formated; The way of applying the triangle FAHP to get the weight of index can solve the ploblem how to turn qualitative index to quantification index; Gray association analysis and imitated clustering analysis were used to adjust the weight of index, to categorize index, so theperformance assessment of distrbutor can be improved.At last, the resource-based distrbutor selecting and evaluating system was performed in H-company in Hangzhou and reached a good result.
