Research On Cooperative Relation Ship Of Manufacture And Distributor Basisc On Supply Chain Management

Along with global competition aggravating, the people realized clearly that the future competition will be between the supply chain and the supply chain .But the relation management of the manufacturer and the distributor will be the key point of the supply chain strategy management, be the core of the integrated supply chain management. How to manage the cooperation of the manufacturer and the distri- butor has become one of focal points which pays attention highly. How does the enterprise act according to supply theory and the method which the chain manages. Seeking and cultivating strategic partner which base on the strategy cooperation, promoting own core ability, winning the competitive advantage, are the important research topic which is paid attention extremely.The paper discussed the supply chain partner relations development and the vital significance. It has proved that the cooperation is the balance between the short-term benefit and the long-term benefit. The questions on agents' goals optimization and system' s general goals realization in a simple supply chain system composed by a manufacturer and a distributor are analysed, under three kinds of game models which are the complete information static game model, the complete information dynamic game model and the cooperative game model, in this paper. The production and the order quantity are decision variable of the manufact- urer and the distributor respectively. Taking the cost of the stock, the order, the transpo- rtation, the manufacture, and out of stock into conside- ration, we draw the final conclusion that in the above-mentioned three kinds of game models, only the third kind of game model can make the supply chain distribution system achieve the maximum profit. Furthermore, in this game model, compared with the first and the second game model, the manufacturer and the distributor obtain more as far as the maximum profit is concerned. As a result, the manufacturer and the distributor have achie- ved the profit balance through cooperation. Thus, both sides can reap the profit, which can guarante the manufacturer and the distributor keep the stable cooper- ation.
