Study On Developing Countermeasure Of Science And Technology Restructuring In Xinjiang Production Construction Group

Basing on the analyze of the developing history ,the reality and the specialty of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps' system , the paper compares the reality, some borrow-worthy experiences and practices of scientific restructuring with those of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ,other cities and other countries . It not only introduces the past, the present situation and some achievements in the scientific restructuring, but also points out the main problems existing.
