Since twenty century seventies, industry clusters had attracted many people. With the rapid development and the obvious relative superiority of the traditional industry clusters in north Italy, researchers started to do some studies in the industry clusters. Among them, the studies on competitive advantages of industry clusters were very important to form and develop industry clusters.Nowadays, the research of agricultural industry clusters still stand in the first research stage in our country. This dissertation tried to find the competitive advantages source of the peach industry cluster by the diamond model. Through the analysis, it can find out that the special features of the peach and the support of local government are the main competitive advantages source of the peach industry cluster. The related industry and the enterprises in the cluster have also contributed to the cluster. At last, the dissertation gave some suggestions on how to development agricultural industry clusters in China.The dissertation is composed of 5 chapters in logical order. Chapter 1 includes the preface and the significance of the study on the competitive advantages source of agricultural industry clusters, and the recent development of the research in this area at home and abroad; Chapter 2 shows the purpose, contents and the method of the research; Chapter 3 is the basic introduction of peach industry cluster, including of economic geography general situation and the formation and the development condition of peach industry cluster; Chapter 4 is mainly the analysis of the competitive advantage source of the peach industry cluster ; Chapter 5 shows the conclusions , suggestions and the shortage of the dissertation.
