| With the development of integration of globlal economic and information evolution, it is very important to get international competition by technology process. Industrial technology innovation, especially green technology innovation become the only way of increase our industrial competition, when our nations' property meet with green barriers because of low technological products.Firstly, according to the analyses about the connation and characteristics of industry technology innovation, the four main factors which have influence on our nations' industry technology innovation had been put forward, that is enterprise technology innovation, technology fusion between industries, state industry polices and the development of green technology. Secondly, industrial green technology innovation in our county has been furtherly studied, especially particularly analyzed about industry green technology, including its connation, implement and some important problems in its process. Then we establish the compositive appraisal indexes system and appraisal model of industry technology innovation capability ,in order to get ration result of it. In accordance with the instance of green technology in abroad, the green technology innovation in China can use it for reference. For analyzing about our countries' industrial technology innovation, we adopt methods which be said above to acquire quantitative results of seven leading industries' technology innovation capability. Lastly, based on these theories and results, the countermeasure of increasing industry technology capability have been advanced, that is, establish large.
