In today's knowledge-based economy,green technology innovation in high-tech industry has become an important way to transform our country's economy and enhance international competitiveness.At present,scholars at home and abroad have a lot of discussion on the technological innovation ability and technological innovation performance of high-tech industry.However,under the background of green growth,there are few studies on the factors influencing the efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech industries and how to improve the efficiency of green technology innovation.The rapid development of high-tech industry and the high level of attention provided many opportunities for the economic transformation and international competitiveness.But overall,our high-tech industry is still in its infancy,and as an important link in the development of high-tech industry.How to integrate the concept of sustainable development in the context of green growth,improve the efficiency of green technology innovation in high-tech industry,and then promote the progress of high-tech industry is related to the development of the knowledge economy.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable development of high-tech industry,it is necessary to carry out research on green technology innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.This paper focuses on the efficiency of green technology innovation in China's high-tech industry in 30 provinces and cities in 2006-2015.From the theory of technological innovation,efficiency theory and sustainable development theory,the related concepts of high technology industry and green technology innovation efficiency are defined.And analyzes the present situation and problems of green technology innovation efficiency in high-tech industry in China from the aspects of basic condition,input status,output status and environmental pollution status.On the basis of this,we can construct an empirical model of green technology innovation efficiency and an evaluation index system.The static efficiency of green technology innovation in high technology industry is analyzed by using network SBM model,and the dynamic change of green technology innovation efficiency is analyzed by Malmquist index model.The results show that the overall efficiency of green technology innovation in China's high-tech industry is low and decreasing,and it is too dependent on scale efficiency,so technical level to be improved;The efficiency of green technology innovation varies greatly among provinces,and the development of East,middle and West regions is uneven;The level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is low and the efficiency of transformation of achievements needs to be improved.Finally,based on the conclusion of this paper,some countermeasures are put forward to improve the efficiency of green technology innovation in high-tech industry in China:Increase investment in technological research and development and improve technological innovation capability;Adjust Industrial Structure and Promot Coordinated Development of High Technology Industry;Intensify the transformation of scientific achievements and optimize the allocation of green technological innovation resources;Enhance Green Technology Innovation Consciousness and Achieve Sustainable Development of Industry.In this way,we hoped to provide feasible reference for the sustainable development of high-tech industry.
