The cosmopolitan of the demand for the medicine and the centrality of the production make the medicine one of the extensive exports; and this brings only a fewer developed countries play an important role in the world medicine market. At present, the pharmacy in China doesn't have the condition to develop new drug, either the ability to fight back the attack from the import. Though the demand in domestic market and the production of medicine are constantly increasing, the intensive competition between the international and domestic companies will speed up the step of the internationalization of Chinese pharmacy, which will inevitably force the Chinese companies to join the international competition. While the Chinese pharmacy is facing a lot of troubles, it is the high time for the Chinese pharmacy to step out and undertake international operations. As a higher form of operation, the international operation is playing an important role. International operation will help the enterprises to realize scale economy, reduce the cost and raise their competitiveness so as to increase the shares in international market. Studying the tactics of internationalization, the purpose of this article is aiming at providing guide for the Chinese pharmacy, as well as improving the international competitiveness, which will be of great theoretical and practical significance. By studying the internationalization experience from the international enterprises, the article is seeking the most suitable tactics for Chinese pharmacy through the comparison between the domestic and international enterprises to find out the shortcomings and advantages of the Chinese pharmacy.The article is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the six theories on the internationalization of the developing countries, the Investment Development Cycle Theory; the Theory of small technique; theTheory of Localized Technological Change, The Theory of advantage of the backwardness, the Theory of Value Chain and The core competitiveness throry which will offer the theoretical foundation for the internationalization of Chinese pharmacy. The second chapter introduces the development and the features of the world pharmacy, the characters of the world pharmaceutical investment. The third chapter analyses the basic internationalization tactics of the famous international pharmaceutical companies and the enlightenment to China's pharmacy is offered.In the fourth chapter the present internationalization status as well as the existing problems of the Chinese pharmacy will be observed. In the fifth chapter six tactics for Chinese pharmacy to realize internationalization will be put forward, they are respectively; the government promotes the program of S/T promoting the export to build the macro-environment benefiting the pharmacy; paying attention on import and self-development, laying emphasis on the domestic development of the new medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine; moving the R&D value chain abroad and outsourcing the R&D; speeding up the realization of the pharmaceutical concentration; transnational merging optionally according to the strength; exerting the advantage of the backwardness to raise the core competitiveness of the enterprises.
